Custom Bottle Cut

Got bottles? We'll cut 'em! 

We welcome customer bottles for cutting, sanding, and cleaning. We can even sand them down further for a custom drinking glass or fturn them into a custom candle.

For cutting and sanding, allow for a 2-3 week turnaround. For a custom cut bottle candle, allow for a 2-4 week turnaround. Timeline depends on the current cut schedule and seasonal production load.

Bottles may be dropped off at our Webster, TX production studio or shipped to the studio. Completed orders may be shipped or picked up at our studio.

Since bottles can be highly valued, for either monetary, collectable, or personal reasons, please read the Special Notice below. Bottles can be quite special and beautiful, but they're also glass and fragile. As such, they're subject to break at any point in the process. Although we will refund any payment made on a bottle that we break, we do not offer anything over and above that cost, regardless of the "value" (sentimental or otherwise) of the bottle.

SPECIAL NOTICE: By choosing to have us cut your personal bottle(s), you acknowledge and accept that your bottle(s) may become damaged, cracked, or broken at any time during the process of turning them over to Upper Room Candle Company. Should that happen, you will hold Bonzer Enterprises, LLC; Upper Room Candle Company; and its employees blameless, and you understand no reimbursement for damage or loss will be given or owed to you or anyone representing you over and above the original amount paid for the work to be done. Regardless of payment received, custom orders will not be held longer than 6 months past order completion and will be considered forfeited and due no reimbursement or replacement.
